Duties and Responsibilities:

Jeff helps handle any and all issues related to technology in the department. This includes but is not limited to network and email administration/support (SOM email), Blackboard & UMNet support, web development/maintenance, hardware/software support for all department computers, media production, instructional design/technology, management of department’s technology equipment, support/facilitate distance learning room functions.
